As a community organization, the Monroe Summer Orchestra is always looking for assistance from members of the community in the form of donations and program ads. The orchestra also aims to use its capacity to promote organizations in the area.
Here's how you can help:
Program Ads
In our July concert programs, we allow organizations to purchase concert ads.

A half-page ad (4.5 in by 3.75 in) is $50.

A full-page ad (4.5 in by 7.5 in) is $75.

Discounts are given at the leadership's discretion.

The orchestra does allow for congratulatory ads for its members; these ads are not given discounts.
Donations
The Monroe Summer Orchestra accepts donations year-round. Please utilize the form on the right side of the page to contact us regarding donations.
Sponsorship
A single donation of $400 or more will allow for sponsorship of a concert. This will be shown on the front page of the concert program. Note that we do allow for co-sponsorships for a concert, given that we are a seasonal orchestra (so, if multiple people/organizations wish to sponsor the same concert, that is allowed). Any sponsoring organization will be given a complementary half-page ad, or a full-page ad at a discount, depending on what they prefer.
Chair Endowment Campaign
A single donation of $1,500 or more will allow for a chair endowment. This allows a patron to designate a specific chair in the orchestra, name it, and have their name permanently set in the program as the endower.
Raffles
The Monroe Summer Orchestra will auction goods at a patron's request. Please contact us if you are interested in participating in this.
Volunteering
We are looking for volunteers to help us with putting on our concerts. If you're interested in volunteering at the front desk, for the reception, or with photography/videography, please fill out the form on the right.
Dedications
The Monroe Summer Orchestra does allow for dedicating pieces to individuals on an invitational basis.
